Hi,

we are running Nagios XI 2014R1.3. When a user tries to look at a service's details he gets this:

Not Authorized
You are not authorized to view the requested object, or the object does not exist.

- The user is in a usergroup which is contact for the host
- The service is added to many hosts and no alarms should be generated for it so it has no contact group

This applies for different hosts and different users despite the admin-user.

Yes, it would be easier to troubleshoot the issue if you could send the "profile.zip" to [email protected].

Admin->System Profile->Download Profile
