Acknowledgement via Email

I am trying to figure out how to setup Nagios so that Acknowledgements can be submitted via email.
ive tried the steps outlined in
http://www.techopsguys.com/2010/01/05/a ... l-replies/ but I'm not getting any luck
Are there any other sites that has the setup for it in step-by step?

Can you tell us specifically what is not working? Are you getting any errors? Anything in your logs?

For one, I have no idea if I have postfix setup right to recieve emails. Postfix sends notifications out by using our Exchange server as a relay. Nagios has a mailbox in exchange, so I need to find out how to get postfix to go to exchange to get its email.

This is definitely more of an email/postfix problem than a Nagios problem. Have you tried asking on any postfix/Exchange forums? You might have better luck there.
