Email vs Mobile Alerts

Is it possible to send Critical alerts to Mobile & Email and Warning/Other alerts to only Email for a user?

Currently, the only way to do it is to create separate contacts.
There is a feature request filed on our bug tracker here:

I am sure lots of people would appreciate adding this functionality to XI.
