I completed the install of Mntos but the web interface not showing my two networks.
My installed with using Nagios Core servers.

While nothing looks obviously wrong, and the nagios core page is accessible just as it would on a core install only, we do not actually support mntos. I would suggest checking with their support structures for issues with core-mntos integration.
