The senrio is one machine has configure nagios which ip address 192.168.1.1, second machine have apache configured have ip 172.168.1.1, third machine have ftp server have ip address 10.8.8.5, fourth machine 198.168.92.50 and so on. The question is how these machine to communicate with nagios server.

That really all depends on how you have NAT, port forwarding, and your routes set up. Nagios has to respect the network topology just like any other software, so if two networks are separate and private, you will need to enable port forwarding, a proxy, a VPN solution, or something along those lines.
