Hello,

I recently noticed that my /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg file contains old hosts that I previously removed from XI. But, apparently they are still being checked for SNMP data. My question is... Is it ok to manually remove the old targets from the mrtg.cfg file, or is there some better way to clean them out? Is there a recommended procedure? I am currently running 2012R1.2

Two things:

1.) It should be okay to remove them manually, just be careful you don't miss any lines that will cause a config error

2.) You may consider upgrading to the latest version of XI, as 2012R1.2 is quite old (latest is 2014r1.3) and there have been many, many enhancements since then
