Service Management documentation?

I was wondering where the documentation for the Service Management (CCM) might be located.
I am trying to understand the options in the GUI and so far options with single letter labels are not real intuitive.

We have a document that explains how to manage hosts in the CCM:

It's not very different when it comes time to manage services as well. As far as the single letters go, that's usually related to the state. C = Critical, U = Unknown, D = Down, etc. They directly relate to the Nagios Core documented config settings:

It's a bit of a read, but once you know what you are looking for (escalations, for instance) finding out what letter means what is pretty easy.
