Respond URL - Bad Ticket

URL Looks like this(redacted URL)

We click that link and get "bad ticket" and that's all. I searched the forums and saw a couple other threads, but all for older versions. This is for 2014r1.3.

Just tried it in a browser never used and still get the error.

So Safari or Opera?
Do you get any entries in /var/log/httpd/error_log or access_log after trying that URL?

Can you try to remove the second of the double dashes and try to browse to the url?

That takes me into nagios logged in as the user, but not to the proper page.

I could be available Mon-Wed. I'm finally moving to Chicago on Thursday and Friday...yay me!?
However, I am not seeing this error myself and the user that was never answered my question if this happened once for them or always. So if they don't want to respond to me, I'm dropping investigating the issue until they care enough to help, lol.

Let us know if you still want to inverstigate.
I've seen this error only a few times, and I don't think we ever found out what was causing it. It would be nice if we could pin this down, even though it happens so rarely.
