Generating fault reports

I am trying to find out a way to filter out only the "Warning, Critical and Unknown status" of a site excluding the Normal status and then generate a report to a single file. Any advise would appreciated.

Can you provide a bit more detail? Are you just trying to get a listing of the state history for a service without the OK statuses?

Correct, I am trying to filter everything but Green status and then save it in a single csv or pdf file.

Is XML or JSON an option? If so, you should be able to fetch just a list of non-ok servers with either API in XI.
