Cant Upload Wizard Files

I am trying to upload the switch wizard file and it fails stating
Wizard Upload Failed....
I dont see anymore in the logs to point out whats wrong...and I tried several things from previous posts...
using 2014R1.3

What version of the wizard are you trying to upload? Are you sure you are uploading a wizard and not a component?

I have tried two
configwizard-switch.zip and switch.zip
Originally our Switch wizard stopped working so I deleted it and tried installing/uploading a new download of the file

The component zip installed fine to two of my test boxes. What current switch version is installed? You may have to delete the folder for the wizard and reinstall the wizard through the admin --> manage configwizards page.

renamed folder /root/nagiosxi/nagiosxi/basedir/html/includes/configwizards/switch and tried re-upload still fails? renamed it back but thats the only place with anything called switch

no folder named switch in the /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/configwizards directory
