Hi,

I want to deploy XI on 80 customers, and we need a central nagios xi to monitor all customers.

Is it possible?

Yes, this can be done, and should follow the same procedure as with Nagios Core, which is documented on http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3_0/distributed.html

Nagios XI supports distributed monitoring?
