How do I create an expandable group in nagios host group summary for display in tree view architechture? For example, when i click on group A, it expands and shows smaller Groups such as A1, A2, A3?

You don't. Nagios Core shows hostgroups as a flat structure, including showing machines in multiple hostgroups if they are defined in multiple hostgroups.

But is there has any ways to do that? cause for me all the machine are redundant ady.

Making the list display as a drop-down would require changing the UI in nagios core, which is possible but not on our to-do list at the moment. You can certainly file a feature request at tracker.nagios.org if you are interested, however.
