CISCO UCS Drive Failure monitoring

Does anyone have a drive failure monitoring plugin for Cisco UCS internal drives?

It looks like there are a couple here:

They should take care of most of the SNMP side of things for you, rather than you having to manually run get requests against specific OIDS, let me know if those are what you are looking for.
