I keep seeing this in the Event Log.
If I ps -p and the pid number, they both come back as PID TTY TIME CMD

We're having some issues with our NTP server and are in the process of replacing it. Is that what this is referring to, and if so, is this anything to be concerned about for now?

It is likely that those are just due to checks timing out, you should be able to see this information in the nagios.log itself if you are curious.
