check_bluecoat_sg not graphing?

Hello,
I'm using the "check_bluecoat_sg" plugin to monitor HTTP connections on our bluecoat system via SNMP. Even know the plugin retrieves the number of connections and outputs as performance data the Nagios graphs are blank. The third graph for "clientcon_idle" does not load.

Also is it possible to get Nagios to put all three pieces of data on one graph?

It doesn't look like the RRDs are getting populated with data.
Do you see an RRD in the
/usr/local/nagios/share/perfdata/$YOUR_BLUECOAT_HOST
directory that is labeled your HTTP requests? If so, check the permissions on these files. They should all be 666 and owner.group should be nagios.nagios

Yep RRD file is there and permissions/owner are correct. Know the modified shows 8th July which is probably when I first tried to use the plugin.

What is the name of the plugin that you are using for the checking your bluecoat device? I'm gonna open it up and see if its returning proper performance data.

Alright, it does appear that that plugin is returning proper performance data. Can you check the log files for anything suspicious?
/usr/local/nagios/var/npcd.log
/usr/local/nagiosxi/var/perfdataproc.log # This is a binary so you'll have to tail it

Not really sure what I'm looking for, there's no big "error!" warnings anywhere.
There's quite a bit in the NPCD log file. Here's a few minutes.

I wonder if you've configured your outbound checks properly, because of the error you are getting: "Outbound data DISABLED - Data will not be send via NSCA or NRDP."
We have a document dealing with these issues:
Outbound check transfers are disabled by default. In order
to enable outbound checks using either the NRDP or NSCA
APIs, you must first enable outbound transfers.
To do this check the Enable Outbound Transfers option
and click the Update Settings button.
