Scheduled Downtime

Post by JohnFLi »

To set Scheduled Downtime, for if I'm replacing parts, or whatever....Do I need to need to do it for the host and services separately, or is it possible to do one, and it covers everything?

It's best to do both. If you only did the host, depending on how long (retries / intervals) it takes for the host to go down, the services may still alert until the host goes down. If you do both you avoid the issue altogether.
