Apply Configuration Issue in Nagios XI

Even after multiple “Apply Configuration” for some of the Hosts and Services configured in Nagios XI showing “not applied” status. Could you please suggest some fix to overcome this issue in Nagios XI version 2014R1.4

Are those objects inactive/disabled in the CCM?

After restarting mysqld,postgresql,nagios and nd02db in order. The issue is fixed. Thanks a lot for your response.
