This allows you to run queries, and reports from XI instead of having to go to the Network Analyzer server to do them. Also, on the note of reports, you have the power of the XI scheduled report functionality and exporting process to use with them as well. You will also be able to see netflow traffic on your host's details pages if their address is detected to have traffic on one of your network analyzer sources. You can also set up checking, and alerting through XI.

We have a document for NNA features:
http://assets.nagios.com/handouts/nagio ... atures.pdf
and a document for XI features:
http://assets.nagios.com/handouts/nagio ... atures.pdf
We do not have a specific document explaining the benefits of integrating the two, but slansing's post explains it pretty clearly.

NNA and XI integration are so that you can check and alert on your nna sources through an XI interface. It also allows integration through tabs on host detail pages, so that you can see the traffic for a host right from XI. There's a whole lot more that could potentially be done as well. Are you looking for some specific feature?
