Hello Team,

We have configured a disk service check and it triggers e-mail to those who aren't not included in the contact (Alert settings)
Is that a clone issue or that something need to check in DB side?

Are these XI users or just core contacts? Please provide the service definition and any templates it inherits, any contacts or contact groups included on that service and its templates, and if possible an example of someone who was supposed to get the notification that did and one that was not supposed to get the notification.
