Nagios XI after upgrade to 2014R1.4 CCM login issue

Hello, I am a happy Nagios XI customer.

My system was manually upgraded from 2012 latest to 2014R1.4, and after that to 2014R1.5.
Everything is fine and working, but I can't login to CCM, see only "Nagios CCM 2.2.2" and simple instructions on the page, but without login and password fields.

How can I fix it?

OK, what links, exactly?
Where are hosts and services configuration menus, with simple search, like in the previous release?

Indeed. It's working. I was distracted about "monitoring" title in the configuration menu.

Many thanks.
