Sending SMS with Nagios

Hello,
I'm looking for a way to enable Nagios XI to send SMS. There seem to be different options. here in Belgium, we could buy an option to use an SMS gateway through an api. We also could use some sort of Mail-to-SMS option. But you guys are promoting the iSMS Multi-tech modem, which seems to be nicely integrated with Nagios XI. The iSMS modem is more expensive though, so I need to be absolutely sure it will work in Belgium with our service provide Proximus.
When I go to the Mobile Text option, I can only see USA service providers (see screenshot). Has this option been confirmed to work with European, Belgian, Proximus GSM providers? Or does this option only works for American customers?
I already contact Multi-Tech and they confirmed their modem works with Belgium GSM providers, but I have to be sure Nagios XI also support using European GSM providers (as they seem to be hardcoded)

Thanks for letting me know. The MultiModem ISMS SMS servers will work just fine in Belgium with standard SIM cards from the local cellular providers. The -EU builds have the correct AC power supply for use in Belgium.
