Can someone help me on providing link for NRPE client for HP-UX and installation doc.

We have a couple threads on the forum about this and it's definitely not straight forward. Mainly you have to disable SSL on the HP machine to allow a plugin to build.
Try this website which has some plugins. Look for your version:
http://www.bennyvision.com/projects/nagios/index.php
These are definitely not guaranteed, but a lot of people have used them in the past. I would suggest testing this out first and see if it will help.

Also, what version of HP-UX are you running?
