If I am reading this correctly there is at least one check taking 60.28 seconds to complete correct ?
Is there an easy way to troubleshoot which check is taking so long. I have spot checked a few service
check execution times from the advanced tab of the check but cannot find one running this long.
Any ideas ?

A bit confusing, but that shows the max that any check has taken so far as opposed to any check currently running. To my knowledge that number will not go down.
