Hello,
if someone uses to check the load on the network interface module

check_iftraffic64.pl

My setting for interface 1 G / b is

command_line $ USER1 $ / check_iftraffic64.pl $ -H public HostAddress $ -C $ ARG1 $ s -B -b 1000 -um

However, when the use of cosmic leap of times

CRITICAL - OUT bandwidth (49,191,317,522.05%) too high

You did not show us your full command, we need to see what you are actually feeding it. Looks like the returns are fine, on the perfdata end, might be a math issue. I would highly recommend you also contact the developer of that plugin, as we do not control their script at that level:
