Hi,

I am trying to get NRPE to return more than 1024 chars but without success, I have followed the recompile as this link shows

but this just breaks NRPE. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Both ends of the communication need the patched version - the nrpe daemon and check_nrpe need to be from the new build. You may want to use my github nrpe branch "payload_size":
