Adding new plugins or commands

Hi,
I'm kinda new to nagios. I have added a few servers using monitoring wizard editor but i need different plugins, for example i need ntp check plugin in centos machines. How can i specify plugins for each machine group? And one other thing, how can i add a external plugin to a specific machine?
