nagios installation error

Tried installing the network analyzer on CentOS 6. I’ve been receiving a specific error during installation.

Error message: The step that failed was: 'backend'

Please help !!!

Can you show us the install.log file that was created in the install directory? And is this on a brand-new unmodified CentOS 6 system?
