When i try to upload mib SVC_MIB_7.4.0.MIB (Storage V7000) on nagios xi i receive the folllowing error:

Failed to convert uploaded file to snmptt mib.. (rc: 127)

Im using snmptt-1.4-0.9.beta2.el6.noarch. I don't know if this can impact.

Obs: Just this MIB i cant import.

What XI version are you using? Are you checking the "Process trap" box before uploading?

Nagios XI 2014R2.0. Yes i checked the box Process trap.

Let's check the permissions on a few things:
I am assuming it works if you do not check the process trap box?

[root@DOUAI ~]# ls -l /usr/share/snmp/mibs/ -d
drwxrwsr-x. 3 root nagios 4096 Dec 6 09:27 /usr/share/snmp/mibs/
[root@DOUAI ~]# ls -l /usr/share/snmp/mibs/processed_mibs/ -d
drwxr-sr-x 2 apache nagios 4096 Nov 29 11:52 /usr/share/snmp/mibs/processed_mibs/

Process Trap box unchecked. New MIB was installed successfully.

Same error for MIB File: FORTINET-TRAP-MIB.mib with box process trap checked.

Failed to convert uploaded file to snmptt mib.. (rc: 127)

I'm receiving this error everytime when i upload any mib with the trap process box checked.

I got this error on apache error log /var/log/httpd/error_log when i tried to upload with the checked box

sh: Array: command not found

I Solved. I removed snmptt and re-installed via -> sh ./NagiosXI-SNMPTrap-setup.sh.
Now i can upload with process trap box checked.

Glad you were able to resolve this. Sorry, we were not able to respond so quickly over the weekend. Our support hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm CST. I will go ahead and close this thread.
