Hello,
After install a new test Nagios, we are experiencing some problems with CCM, it is not showing correctly, and we can't add controls. We suspect it should be a problem with proxy. Our system is a Red Hat Linux on a vmware, with internet connection with a proxy as I said. BBDD is on a remote server.

For clarification: BBDD == Baso de Datos == Database == DB

Did you follow a guide for setting up a proxy with Nagios? We have a section in our FAQ relating to problems with proxies:

Similarly, did you follow a guide for offloading the BBDD?

Are you able to temporarily disable the proxy? If so, does it work when the proxy is off?

What exactly are you able or unable to do in the CCM?
