Hi all, I'm looking to pull some metrics out of Nagios...based on when an alert came in and who acknowledged it and what time...I know these are stored in a MySQL but are these timestamps also in a log somewhere?

I think you want to run one of the Legacy reports.
If you go to Reports, Legacy Reports, and click on Notifications, that will show you Alerts and when they were acknowledged.
Is that what you are looking for?

Also check out my History Tab component, it will show you that information.

No, in the Legacy report not showing who acknowledge the alert. Its having just below columns.

Host Service Type Time Contact Notification Command Information (missing Acknowledged by)

Yes, History components enhanced from 2012 to 2014R2 (showing result nicely => better way) showing who acknowledged but we want to see as report, example we monitoring our network 24x7 and there is 5 person team, we want to know who acknowledge more alerts , which alerts he acknowledged as a report. How many he acknowledged. Why some alert not acknowledged? These all we want in same report.

That report does not currently exist in the strict definition of a "Report". The component can show you a lot of that information, but if you want a new report created that would fall under a feature request or custom development if you want it done on a set timeline.
