Dear Expert

Its very basic job to add the link (Service) for the Status and Bandwidth graph, its Okay, but we do not want any alert for some Services in Operations Center. How can be achieve?

May be its question for you that why do not want Alert in Operation Center, its same like there is Alert but do not want Notification. There is link (Service) but do not want any Alert in Operation Center.

FYI, we have thousands of links of our customers, we do not want to monitor all the links except our TOP100. We are adding for record purpose, link status , bandwidth , state change history but no need Live Monitoring.

If you do not want to receive email notifications for a down service, you can disable the notifications by checking "Off" for that service in the CCM like so:
They will, however, still appear in the Operation Center as they are still in a down state. Using Nagios for an inventory management system will somewhat work, but is not exactly what it is intended for. You could try making the check for those service a "check_dummy" that always returns OK (0) so they are never checked.

FYI, we monitoring all the links (thousands) via Operations Center, its our best choice to monitor the links , there is 24x7 (non stop) monitoring by our NHM (Network Health Monitoring) Team.

Please find attached, we want all same behavior, Link Status, Bandwidth, Link State History (up/down) time but just do not want alert to appear in Operations Center. We do not want alert some of links which is not commissioned fully as its in beginning stage or some links are not related to our Top100 Valued Customers.

May be later on there is facility to pull the report of the links not monitored by Operations Center so if needed can be put back to Live Monitoring.

I think can be done via new Field , which is by default checked Yes Live Monitoring via Operations Center (if not checked then what we asking will get done), if already there is option please guide otherwise if you think so, minor change/feature can be add there in future release.
