Hi, when I click "Create backup" in admin->Local Backups Archives it says it's creating a backup but after doesn't displays it. If I go to /store/backups/nagiosxi the backup is there and it seems good but still doesn't show on "Local Backups Archives". It has enough disk space. Any ideas why this happens?
Also a separate issue: nagiosxi is emailing me from nagios@my_domain and [email protected]. This localdomain started out of the blue (maybe after a patch?). How can I fix it to only email me from nagios@my_domain?

1. What version of XI are you running?
2. What are the permissions on the backup file?

3. What do you have entered into the form "Send email from" under Admin --> Manage email settings?

The first issue was solved in the meantime. There was a database error and after a repair it worked normally.
On the second issue, I have the email I want nagios to send (nagios@mydomain) under 'send email from' on Admin --> Manage email settings. It sends some email from this address, but most from [email protected]. I don't have this last address there. Thank you.
Are all of your contacts configured as XI users? If not, then some of your contacts may be using the old sendmail commands.
Check this by opening up a working and non-working contact in the ccm. Check their notification commands, what are they?
