Nagios XI history tab is not showing anything - just says "No history found"

Can you show us a screenshot of this message? Are you talking about the History Tab" component? When you go to Admin->Manage Components, do you see something similar to this?

I am almost a 100% sure this used to work (with the old version of the component). I just installed the latest version posted on the Nagios Exchange and it's not working for me, either.
I will reach out to the developer (Box293) and try to get some more info about this.

Can you do the following please:
Open an ssh session to Nagios XI
type: Press enter a couple of times.

Now go to a service which you know should have history.
Does anything appear in the ssh session? If so please post it here in a code block.

Nothing appeared on the ssh session (httpd error_log) when I access the History tab.

Try selecting a service instead of a host and select the history tab and see if there is any history displayed.

I am checking the history tab for a service, nothing displayed.

Pls see the attached screenshot for a service problem. Service overview showed, this problem was acknowledged with comments, but history tab shows nothing - "No history found"

Try doing the same on a service that is up.
