How to create new Standard periods for Reporting

Hi Team,

Currently in Nagiox XI we see that under standard periods in Performance Graphs we have only 4hrs,24hrs, week, month and year view, though they are very useful they don't really have enough customizability. Off late we are receiving a lot of requests from our technical teams to schedule recurrent reports to be sent every 2hrs, 6hrs,etc.. with the performance data captured between each report. For us to automate this we need to have an option to define our own standard periods. Please help us understand on how we can define new standard periods.

Are you using the pnp4nagios graphs, or graph explorer graphs?
How are you automating the graph generation?

Where specifically in the interface are you looking to make these timeperiod changes? As it stands I am not sure if you are referring to scheduled reports, performance graphs from Home -> Service Details -> Performance Graphs, or performance graphs from Home -> Graph Explorer.

I'm looking at home->Host graphs. Once on this page on the right hand side we see standard periods with 4-hour, 24-hour,week, month and year views. how can we define more standard periods here.

The 2 files that need to be modified are: "/usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/pnp/pnp.inc.php" and "/usr/local/nagiosxi/html/perfgraphs/index.php". Keep in mind that issues caused by adding extra standard periods won't be supported and all of the extra periods that you add will be probably wiped out on an upgrade.
