I Have a Problemm wiht Bizhub c450

Good morning.
I have a problem, I have Nagios core, and it all works but, if I want to Add the printer is always a problem that I want to login normally but then there is always an error when I click on show.
The printer name: bizhub c450
If someone has a script or who knows the problem please help me
