Can I change the Nagios XI server IP address after the Nagios XI server installation is complete? If yes, is the IP adrress written in files that can be manually updated with a new IP address?

You should be able to change the ip address without issue. You will want to check that the program url is correct in Admin --> Manage System Config. Also, you will want to notify [email protected] so that they can remove the old ip from your account for activation purposes.
