[root@ip-10-1-252-182 ec2-user]# ls -ld /usr/local/nagiosxi
drwxr-xr-x. 10 nagios nagios 4096 Jan 22 13:50 /usr/local/nagiosxi

[root@ip-10-1-252-182 ec2-user]# ls -ld /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp
drwsrwsr-x. 2 apache nagios 4096 Feb 9 09:00 /usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp

[root@ip-10-1-252-182 ec2-user]# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
::1 localhost6.localdomain6 localhost6

CAN YOU HELP ME TO FIX THIS ISSUE???

What is the output of the following commands?

ifconfig
grep use_https /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/config.inc.php
wkhtmltopdf -V
wkhtmltoimage -V

Go to Admin->Manage System Config and show us a screenshot of "System Settings" page.

Managed to fix the issue by updating the configuration on "System Settings" page, the URL
