Creating "All non green view"

So my boss doesn't like Nagios because I can't reproduce the view that he's used to looking at on Bigbrother (Xymon). He's only interested in seeing the "All non green view" Has anyone created such a view or know how to do it?

In addition to "Operations Center", there are several that give that information, and more.
Goto the Home screen (Home button in the top dark colored bar).
Then the top section on the left side of the screen, labeled "Quick View". Take a look at the links there. I would guess one of those he might like better than Bigbrother/Sister/XYMon.
The "Birdseye" is nice very quick view of problem, by host/service.
The Open Service/Hosts Problems give results filter by acknowledged. And the All will of course give all the results, even the acknowledged.
And if you need you can build a Dashboard with dashlets from some of the views.
