Constant Crashing

Manual install of Nagios
Kernel 2.6.32-504.1.3.el6.x86_64 on an x86_64
I have been having a lot of problem lately with Nagios. It will stop responding and I keep having to reboot. The gui will show messages like:
SQL: SQL Error [ndoutils] : Table './nagios/nagios_servicestatus' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL: SQL Error [ndoutils] : Table './nagios/nagios_servicestatus' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL: SQL Error [ndoutils] : Table './nagios/nagios_servicestatus' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL: SQL Error [ndoutils] : Table './nagios/nagios_servicestatus' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL: SQL Error [ndoutils] : Table './nagios/nagios_servicestatus' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL: SQL Error [ndoutils] : Table './nagios/nagios_servicestatus' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL: SQL Error [ndoutils] : Table './nagios/nagios_servicestatus' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
I have run db repair several times but it doesn't help.
The console will also show this:
audit: backlog limit exceeded
audit: backlog limit exceeded
audit: backlog limit exceeded
Out of memory: Kill process 11363 (sh) score 14 or sacrifice child
Killed process 11363, UID 500, (sh) total-vm:191684kB, anon-rss:43536kB, file-rss:52kB
Out of memory: Kill process 9271 (sh) score 13 or sacrifice child
Killed process 9271, UID 500, (sh) total-vm:188228kB, anon-rss:35668kB, file-rss:36kB
Out of memory: Kill process 10442 (sh) score 13 or sacrifice child
Killed process 10442, UID 500, (sh) total-vm:189120kB, anon-rss:38872kB, file-rss:20kB
When I see the above I have to reboot to get it working again. What can I do to fix this?
