Good afternoon. After installing nagios 4.0.6 I changed the coding in Apache to utf-8. In the hosts began to appear correctly in the Cyrillic names. On the map are displayed incorrectly. Help me))

This is a known issue. The map is one of the last places to not include utf 8 support. Eris Stanley is working on this very feature at the moment.
