Nagios restart command failed

G'day Support,
I have recently installed Nagios XI into a fresh Redhat el7 release and was able to successfully install it from source using the fullinstall script provided. Unfortunately one specific item is failing I am not sure why. When making changes within Nagios XI gui and Applying Configuration I get a Warning for "Waiting for configuration verification" and "Nagios restart command failed". I can issue a `sudo /etc/init.d/nagios restart` as nagios and it works fine but from the XI gui it fails. Can you please explain where the command that is being utilized by XI exists and what possible reason it is failing. My assumption here is the command being used is not utilizing sudo as a means of executing the nagios restart. Can you please provide ideas on where I need to look to modify this behavior?
Many thanks in advance...
Danny
Nagios XI Version : 2014R2.5
3.10.0-123.el7.x86_64 x86_64 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.0 (Maipo) Gnome Installed
