Hi,

Question 1:

I have installed Nagios XI 2011R1.6 VMware Virtual machine. When I configured passive check using NRDP, I get the notification from the client, but if the client does not send another notification, then the Service Status goes to OK (no matter what the previous state was), Status information OK: No data received yet.

How can I change the status to WARNING or CRITICAL if it does not received any data.

Question 2:

How can I increase/decrease the web page refresh time?
