Nagios XI on VOIP telephony

I just want to ask if Nagios XI can monitor VOIP Telephony?

Could you, please, be more specific and describe what exactly you are going to monitor. "VOIP" is a pretty broad term.
There are couple of plugins in the Nagios Exchange for testing SIP servers:

I am not sure it this is something that you could use or not.
