ObjectNotes (components) Text jumbled for ReadOnly user

Dear Expert
Notes (add on componets Object Notes) , we adding the text and its perfect but when our ReadOnly user try to view, its jumbled.
We adding and while we viewing is okay (having write access)
This is for device Notes installed at Location A

Contact Person at the Site Mr.XyZ-78487217
When our ReadOnly user see, it showing as below
This is for device Notes installed at Location A========================================Contact Person at the Site Mr.XyZ-78487217
Is there any fix in future? I think it does not understand CR/LF character 10/13. We tried with different browser, same thing, any advice?

I just tested this using Firefox 36 and IE 11 and both browsers worked fine.
What version of Nagios XI are you running and how are the user's rights setup in Nagios?
Do you have the History Tab Component installed also?

It seems that the older version of Object Notes component had a problem with this so can you download the latest version and install it?

In XI, go to Admin > Manage Components and delete the old version and then Upload the latest version.

Thanks for the guidance however just need some confirmation from you that after update/upgrade, no NOTES data will lost.

That's correct, updating the components will not affect existing notes, just make them display properly.

Thanks....issue resolved after updating Notes component..........Please close the case.
