Failed to open service

I have imported about 500 hosts all with the same checks. They are running Windows 2008 or 2012 and most are working alright but I have a check to verify Symantec is running and on about 10 I have Failed to open service: SepMasterService. I verified a couple and the service is running.
Running Nagios XI 2014R2.6

Can you show us the actual command run from the command line along with the output of it for one of the "working" and one of the "failing" checks?

This can be closed. Nagios was correct, Symantec was not running on these systems.
