Hello,
I have the same problem with nagiosgraph: "You don't have permission to access /nagiosgraph on this server."
I have follow the same guide http://wellsie.net/p/512/ , when i try to check the permission of apache i have this message:

root@Nagios:/# su -s /bin/bash apache2
No passwd entry for user 'apache2'

The old topic was almost a year old. So instead of necro-ing that thread, lets start fresh.
Could you attempt to access the frontend for nagiosgraph to reproduce the issue and then post a tail of the apache log?
