Checkservices

I'm using the monitoring wizard in Nagios XI to try and set up a monitor for a service on a 64-bit Windows server. I've installed NSClient++. When I try to check the service, I get the following error:

No handler for command: checkservicestate

Does anyone have any suggestions? The NSClient++ service is started. Thanks in advance.

What version of NSClient++ are you using? The latest version has a bunch of bugs, we recommend 0.3.9 0.4.1.105 as the stable version.

Edit: Apparently 0.3.9 has broken debug logging and does not work with the latest version of NSCA server.
