Hi,
I searched on google about NagiosXI TOOLS tab but couldnt find anything remarkable.

I did not understand exactly what the purpose of this feature is ?
When and Why should I use this feature?
Do you have any guide or document about this tool feature?

There's no guide for it but the tools tab is where you can put your links to your tools that you commonly use while working with XI. Say for example you have a server running NSTI (Nagios SNMP Trap Interface), you would put a link in there and it would pull up NSTI in an iframe so that you stay in XI. You can put links to all the tools that you would use for your daily administration while in Nagios, very useful for when new employees come aboard and it will get them up to speed on some of the tools that they will use.
