Hi, I am facing problem. Could you help me to get resolution for this?
After manually sending email i can receive email.
Command:
root@RR-DE-NMS-1:/etc# echo "Test mail from postfix" | mail -s "Test Postfix" sazzad.hussein@de.rr-icecream.eu
Log:
Apr 9 08:46:41 RR-DE-NMS-1 postfix/smtp[8203]: 8E466D20A54: to=<sazzad.hussein@de.rr-icecream.eu>, relay=172.19.1.31[172.19.1.31]:25, delay=0.11, delays=0.01/0/0/0.1, dsn=2.6.0, status=sent (250 2.6.0 <20150409064641.8E466D20A54@RR-DE-NMS-1.de.rr-icecream.internal> Queued mail for delivery)
Apr 9 08:46:41 RR-DE-NMS-1 postfix/qmgr[1305]: 8E466D20A54: removed
But NAGIOS isn't sending automatic email when any device got up/down. Please check the log. Its been sending alert to root@xxxx. I have checked the Aliases. Nothing is there in Aliases file.

Please do not post the same issue in multiple places. You already have a nearly identical post here: http://support.nagios.com/forum/viewtop ... 89#p133831
