Install NagiosXI fail after i install Nagios Plug and NRPE

Hi Supportor
I try to install NagiosXi in one of CentOS 6.6 Environment and it is fail as error code as following, I have try to install Nagios Plug in (nagios-plugins-2.0.3) and NRPE (nrpe-2.15) first before i start to install Nagiosxi (xi-2012r2.9). Pls help support for this case. Thanks!

I believe you need to start with a clean system before installing Nagios XI.
Installing components such as plugins and nrpe is likely the cause of your issues.

Actually i find the issues first withoun installing any Nagios related packets. I search from internet and there is someone suggest to install NRPE first before install NagiosXi.
That why i install Nagios Plugin and NRPE. The Same error code when i execute the comand "./fullinstall" to start installing NagiosXi.
This server is New VM in vCenter and i just build up.

We really only support installs on clean systems. You don't need to install nagios-plugins or NRPE before you install Nagios XI since it's installed automatically for you.
I recommend using a new, clean VM and installing just the Nagios XI package via "./fullinstall" or using one of our pre-created OVAs.
If you really want to use your current system, I can't help much with making the install work how you have it setup now but the error message just needs you to install pymssql which should be in yum. I don't recommend this path though because you will definitely hit more errors in the full install script along the way that you will have to work around - installing on a fresh system will relieve you of headaches.

Hi jomann
I Create a brand new Conetos (6.6) VM and start to build NagiosXi. i haven't install nothing except VMware-tools. But the isntall process still fail when i just run command "./fullinstall".
Should I install Mysql first before i install Nagiosxi packets?

Thank your very much for your remind. I just test the 2014 version of Nagiosxi (xi-2014r2.6.tar.gz) and the installation can complete. It is the installation file issues.
I randomly selected version 2012 on the Nagiosxi download page before as i though any version which has released on internet should be work.
Is any way we can install the Nagiosxi in with network environment? is any web page can download all required (including 1-prereqs) packets?
the failed issues i met is the step 2(prepare required packets can not pass - like "nagiosxi-deps-2012r2.9-1.noarch" ).

I would recommend installing the latest version of XI. We will be looking into the 2012 installer to see what is causing the issue. I believe that there have been many changes in RHEL/CentOS repos/packages since 2012. For example, in the old CentOS systems one could install pymssql by running:
